GetSlots KYC Verification Process
GetSlots runs KYC checks to confirm your identity, address, and payment ownership. The casino asks for documents through the account verification area or by email, and it reviews them before it approves withdrawals or lifts account limits.
Verification is requested when you register details that need confirmation, when you first withdraw, when you change personal data (name, address, phone, email), or when payment activity triggers a security review. GetSlots can also request KYC if it detects duplicate accounts or mismatched payment details.
The casino accepts clear photos or scans. Images must show all four corners of the document, be readable, and match the details on your GetSlots profile.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A government-issued passport or national ID card. GetSlots checks your full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and photo. If the casino asks for a selfie check, you upload a live selfie or a photo of you holding the ID to confirm the document belongs to you.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 3 months that shows your full name and home address. GetSlots accepts a utility bill, bank statement, tax letter, or an official government/municipal letter. Screenshots and handwritten notes are rejected.
- Payment method: Proof that the deposit method is yours. For bank cards, GetSlots requests photos of the front and back with the middle digits masked; only the last 4 digits, your name, and the expiry date stay visible, and the CVV must be covered. For e-wallets, the casino requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account ID/email plus a transaction that matches a GetSlots deposit.
GetSlots completes standard reviews in 24–48 hours after it receives all required documents. If images are unclear, details don’t match, or the case is flagged for manual checks, the review can take up to 5 business days.
Once GetSlots approves KYC, it keeps the status on file for future withdrawals. The casino may request updated address proof later if the old document is out of date or if you change your registered address.
